Great beach front house!

Our family of 10 stayed at this property in June 2025. Location and layout of house was perfect for 3 families. So close to the beach that it was easy to go back to the house if needed. We had an internet issue upon arrival which was quickly addressed and fixed. The management team was incredibly responsive to our needs. It could perhaps be a little clearer in the listing that there are no doors on the 3rd floor bedrooms - just curtains. We appreciated all the amenities in the house especially having such a large deck with a table that could seat 10! I am sure we will be back again!

The house has a great location in a family oriented neighborhood. We ate out on the deck most nights which was wonderful….no mosquitoes or flies. There is a path over the dunes to the beach right outside the condo. Outdoor hoses and an outdoor shower came in handy. The 3 bathrooms were a big selling point for us…one on each floor which was great. Not sure why the two bedrooms on the top floor don’t have doors …just curtains….maybe a temporary fix. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and convenience stores so you don’t need to be in your car every day. The house suited our needs very nicely, and I would certainly return another summer.
