“The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. “Everyone was so kind to us during our stay. It's very clean and the staff was beyond helpful. Parking wasn't an issue because the hotel always makes sure we had our car in the garage or safely parked on the street. There is a marker right across the street for snacks and drinks so we didn't have to go far. There are many café and late night food because we were up most nights ”

“Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.”
