“Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. The guy at reception during the daytime called Waseem is a top guy and a gem at this hotel. Very knowledgeable and very open to……

“Place is nice. Staff is helpful.. the only thing I didn’t like was the smoking in the lobby but that is an Istanbul general problem “everybody smokes “ even my room and bathroom after maintenance smells like smoke. No ice machine either.”

“The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist.
