"This is a beautiful well cared for home and the owners are friendly and helpful. The area is very remote and quiet, perfect for a peaceful holiday to escape it all, however, the location does mean a fair bit of driving to find things to do.
We were not aware of the 600 Euro cash deposit, which is required on arrival, at time of booking - this was a bit of a pain as meant changing up a lot more cash than we needed, and having to change it back on our return home. It also wasn’t clear that...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Machemont. Großes Haus, sehr schöne Küche mit allem drin! Der Garten ist groß und den ganzen Tag Sonne. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen See, in dem Sie schwimmen können und der leicht zu erreichen ist. Lucie war sehr nett und gastfreundlich."
