"Very poor service overall. The soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower were empty. We asked every day by WhatsApp and verbally. They never filled them. When asked at checkout again the lady said we lent you cutlery. Don't know what the connection is between lending cutlery and not providing soap. They also charged for parking and when I said there is no indication of parking charges in the Expedia booking she just gave me a volley of loud French. Very poor customer service."

"This hotel is beautiful, but my stay was incredibly frustrating. The way the shower and tub are designed caused my entire room to flood. It was a complete nightmare. I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help. They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support. I had issues with the air conditioning, and the person at the front desk wasn’t able to help resolve them. On top of that, the elevator is far too small—I couldn’t fit inside with my...

"I loved the location because it offers a beautiful view of the bay and is only a 10-minute walk from town. It is very easy to get in and out, which helps avoid traffic. The swimming pool is wonderful, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist and provide great recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely delicious."
