「This is a grand lady of a hotel. A little bit tired in places but it has a good feeling to it. It reminds me of a cruise liner. The Reception staff are efficient but lack warmth, and the food and beverage staff are mostly chaotic, but if you brace yourself for it and allow for extra time and mistakes, you get there in the end - some more experienced staff at breakfast save the day. 「Excellent hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast is plentiful with great variety. It would be nice to have hard boiled eggs instead of the scrambled eggs which are cooked to order. This is only a small complaint and I would definitely try to stay at this hotel again.」
