"we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time."

"The room was clean until you looked under the bed, which was totally filthy. The food is 75% microwaved and the swimming pools is a health hazard to children - It was so cold I had to pull my daughter out as she had blue lips and was shivering. I reported this to the manager and he told me it was my problem for letting her go in the pool - This was reported through Radisson HO who were disgusted and vowed to take action. If you do have children, do yourself a favour and re-book somewhere else!"

"Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn’t really suitable for three adults and one child. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I assume was coming from the drains. The staff did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the smell lingered for most of the trip. The hotel can also be quite noisy due to street traffic and the church bells ringing on the hour throughout the night, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. It’s also worth noting that breakfast nearby costs around 9 euros for just a drink and croissant, which can quickly add up for a family of four. Overall, despite the good location and helpful staff, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"This is a great base to stay when visiting Monaco, but it’s also uses a conference Hotel so can be very busy at times. One of the great aspects of the Hotel is that it’s the only one with its Private beach in Monaco. The staff have always been very courteous to us and the rooms at the back can be noisy due to building work put on the hole it is a wonderful hotel and the front rooms have wonderful views of the sea.P"
