“Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.”

“The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to……

“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com……

“The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. ”

“La habitación espectacular, las camas bastante cómodas y las instalaciones muy modernas. Pudimos darnos un baño en la piscina y todo!. El acceso súper fácil con el código que te envían ellos el dia anterior a tu llegada junto con sus indicaciones de cómo hacerlo. El trato con la persona de la habitación estupendo. Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y no teníamos el parking que habíamos reservado disponible porque otro coche se había aparcado sin permiso. Les contacté por watshap y me lo solucionaron……
