This beautifully furnished ground-floor villa in Sainte-Valière offers a serene escape for up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms—including a master suite with its own bathroom and bubble bath—the home is designed for comfort and privacy. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like a coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher, while the living/dining room features a cozy seating area and TV for relaxed evenings. Air conditioning throughout ensures a cool retreat on warm days. Step outside to enjoy the private 6×3 m swimming pool, sun loungers, and a spacious garden with stylish furniture. The terrace and built-in BBQ make it perfect for alfresco dining, and the large plot offers plenty of privacy.
