“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“The elevator is not working well”

“Reception was by two very enthusiastic, accommodating, and polite 2 young men. The view from the terrasse is stunning. The place offers a breakfast as part of the stay, unfortunately I had a late dinner in Sefrou, hence I was not hungry, and also ai was in hurry to take a long road to Chefchaouene, I declined. I imagine though that the breakfast must be delcious: they use fresh eggs, honey, and produce all from the farm hens, bees, and garden.”

“A place that feels like home away from home. Love this place.”

“Is it asking too much for toilet paper? None provided. Not even a single kitchen napkin. It’s a BYOTP type of rental. No wifi. No TV service. No washing detergent to wash clothing except for one used squishy bar of soap. No restaurants around that I could find. Owner unresponsive after we tried to reach him. Location was sketchy. Noisy neighbours banging stuff below.”

“Mia hotel everything was perfect for me more staff was kind and breakfast was good”

“A wonderful family run operation. L Easier to find than most roads, too, due to the helpful signage in the alleys. Great restaurant with an amazing view of the south fort.”
