駅から続く入り口も出来れば電車が動いている時間は開けて頂きたい。ビジネスでの移動で夜遅く駅から来ると回り道しなくてはならないのは少々不便。 もう少しホテル近くにコンビニがあると便利だと思った。

ビジネスで利用しました

ビジネスのためシングルルームに宿泊しました。 周辺の一般的なビジネスホテルより少し価格が高いですが、部屋の広さ、ベッド、お風呂が大きいなど快適性が素晴らしく値段の価値は十分にあると思いました。 ベッド横の電源タップにUSBを直接繋げることが出来て、個人的には助かりました。 また近く行く時には利用したいと思います。

역에서 캐리어 끌고올때도 계단으로안내려가도되고 지하철역에서도 나오는데로 2층으로쭉 가서 호텔2층과연결되어있어서 좋았어요!

全体的に良かったです。

深夜のチェックインだった事もあり、場所が分かり難かったですが、それ以外は特に困る事もなく過ごせました。 朝食は連日同じメニューだった事と、深夜のチェックインは、外階段の使用のみとなる為、荷物が重い場合は、なかなかキツいという状況が残念なポイントでした。

さいたまスーパーアリーナ近くのホテル

さいたまスーパーアリーナのコンサートのため利用しました。 ちょっと受付がわからなかったのですが 一階にあるとゆうことで受付にいくと感じのよい受付の人がいました。 お部屋もきれいに掃除されていましたし 一人で泊まったのですがとてもちょうどいい広さで結構大きめのTVもありなかには ホテルないで自動販売機もありとてもよかったです。 さいたまスーパーアリーナにも近く電車から降りてすぐホテルの看板がありとてもわかりやすかったです。ただ受付は一階ですけど.... 受付の人もとても親切でなんでもやさしく教えてくれます。

部屋は広くて眺めも良くてとても良かったですが、従業員の感じがあまり良くなかったです。 外出から戻ってきて鍵を受け取る時に、申告する部屋番号があやふやだったので多分〇〇号室です。というと、バカにしたようなうすら笑いのような表情で鍵を渡されました。 あと、あることをお願いしていてそれをフロントに言ったら、「はいはいはい」と返事が返ってきました。 とても、結婚式場があるホテルのスタッフとは思えない態度でがっかりでした。

たまアリもコンビニも近くて便利。部屋は広く、フロントの方もとても感じが良いです。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって貰えたのでとても助かりました。シャワーの水圧もアメニティーもgood。ただ、バスルームのカビが少し気になりました。また、利用させて頂きます。

ゆっくり寛げました

さいたまスーパーアリーナに行くために宿泊しました。詳細はチェックイン時の評価に書いてしまったのですが、全体的にとても満足しました。思ったよりアリーナに近く、ホテルの窓から見えます。連絡通路があり便利です。 部屋は広めで、よくあるシングルルームの窮屈な感じは無く、セミダブルのベッドも嬉しかったです。朝食もよくあるバイキング形式ではなく(ドリンクとサラダはセルフ)、席に用意してくれるので、ゆっくり頂けました。 適度な高級感で、本当にゆっくりできました。機会があればまた利用したいです！

ホテルの清潔感・環境には特に問題がありません。朝食が松花堂風の弁当でしたが２連泊とも中の品揃えが全く変わりません。せめて焼魚を変えるとか煮物を変えるとかの配慮がほしい。

さいたまスーパーアリーナから近く、ライブがあるときの宿泊に最適。

部屋が清潔なのはもちろんですが、 過去に泊まったビジネスホテルよりも、トイレとドアのスペースに余裕があったり、ベッドも大きすぎないせいか空きスペースが広くてゆったり過ごせました。

駅からまぁまぁ近いし良かったです 部屋も広くて快適でした。

駅から繋がってて、まぁまぁ近いですがコンビニは近くには無いのであらかじめ購入されたが良いかもです日中は隣の日赤病院中にあるかもしれません。部屋は綺麗で広くて快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫は弱パワーでした調整機能無しコストパフォーマンスは満足です
