"Though the location is convenient, unfortunately this property has seen better days. The room we stayed in was definitely due for a refresh and had an unpleasant odor (almost certainly has been smoked in). I'm glad we only stayed for a night prior to departing Narita, which was doable. The positives were the staff and the large shuttle bus to the terminals, and the reasonably priced and well stocked convenience store in the lobby was appreciated since the restaurants close a bit early."

"I stayed here for a work seminar, but I enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean, and I enjoyed the amenities. The staff was kind and helpful. The shuttle bus to Narita airport was helpful because it allowed me to more easily visit Tokyo during my time off. I also enjoyed the different restaurants, especially the breakfast buffet. The 24/7 Lawson downstairs was also very useful during my stay."
