"京成成田駅そばで、静かですが便利な立地にあります。アメニティが多く、個人的にはフェイスマスクのご用意が嬉しかったです。子供用のアメニティやパジャマもご用意いただきました。 到着前にオンラインで注文した商品や、別ホテルから送付したスーツケースなど受け取っていただき、助かりました。 一階のイタリアンレストランでルームサービスを注文できます。夜美味しいピザとカレーをいただきました。 清掃希望はテレビ上で選択するようでしたが、テレビのリモコンの効きが悪く、フロントで通常清掃を依頼しました。が、翌日9時半にノックあり、おそらくエコ清掃と勘違いされ、清掃係にタオルを渡されました。通常清掃を希望していると伝え、希望通り清掃してもらいました。 成田空港行きのシャトルバスはチェックイン時に依頼できました。30分以内で到着できました。 建物内に洗濯機がありますが、コインランドリーのレベルの仕様ではないので、少量の利用がメインです。 以上特に不満なく利用でき、快適なステイになりました。ありがとうございました。"

"Great service and everything was very warm and welcoming. When I had no service on my phone and didn’t have Wifi the front desk lady helped with my check in and submitted some info for me since I had already scanned my passport. Service was amazing."
