Located on the top floor of the hotel, it offers great views, and the seating—chairs and tables on tatami mats—made it very comfortable. The Japanese-style breakfast buffet was exceptionally delicious; it's rare to find such a great meal. The milk, apparently from the Asama Highlands, was the best I've ever tasted—sweet, rich, and fresh.
Furthermore, everyone was dining quietly, creating a wonderful atmosphere."
