“雖然離滿月趴有點遠,但老闆娘人真的超好的,非常有正義感,因為我們在帕岸島上被機車texi載騙了2000元,老闆娘知道後還堅持帶我們去報警,又帶我們去搭船,真的是熱情人又很善良的一家旅館,另外房間也是很乾淨,在房間就可以看到海了!”

“Firstly, the Staff are awesome and super helpful - they are all amazing! Unfortunately, the property is not on the beach and doesn’t have direct access with sun loungers and a dedicated beach area like the other nearby hotels. It requires a walk down a hill and a path thru other bungalows and is not easily visible especially after sunset. Other neighboring hotels offer better access and dedicated beach amenities. Also the room was in a building up a hill above the level of the pool and beach. ……

“ The property is well-maintained and offers a stunning view. The staff are very friendly and responsive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. I would recommend this property for families — just keep in mind that renting a car will make getting around much easier.”

“Older resort in a stunning beachside location with a huge pool. Most staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julie. My ground floor room was spacious with a renovated bathroom & terrace. Unfortunately the old, heavy timber furniture was dated, whilst the poor lighting, multiple light switches and heavy curtains combined to create a dark ambience. The bed mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Breakfasts were disappointing - eg limited range of cereals and fresh fruit, malfunctioning toaster.……

“We had an excellent stay here. It as a dream! The room was spacious, very clean and the staff was super helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel is also amazing. ”

“We stayed on Koh Phangan for 11 days, from 2-13 August 2023. The resort is located directly on the beach, offers close shopping facilities and is well maintained. The rooms were large and nicely furnished. The absolute highlight is the family that manages the hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Everyone is very helpful. After a few days you almost feel like part of the family. We can definitely recommend a stay and will definitely come back as soon as possible…”

“The employees at this hotel promised me that early check-out would be possible at a specific time that we agreed upon. However, when I came to the reception early morning it was still closed, so that I had to leave without my deposit and almost lost my ferry departure. I have now attempted to reach the hotel by email, but they do not answer after multiple requests. Would not recommend staying here. ”

“Le côté positif : l emplacement près de la plage, la piscine au pied de la chambre . Le négatif : le chambre a besoin d un bon rafraîchissement, quasiment rien pour faire secher les serviettes, pas d eau chaude au lavabo pour se raser. Petit déjeuner moyen. Pour résumer : hotel correct mais a ce prix , classement non justifié ”

“這次在phangan6星期的旅程，是沒有預任何酒店，在haad Yao 海灘附近隨便訂了兩間比haad Yao bay view 貴一點的酒店，服務好，但房間不太清潔床上還有頭髮，最後嘗試入住haad Yao bay view, 一住就住了5星期，價錢平便，服務親切，每天都把房間清潔得乾乾淨淨，走幾步就到沙灘，附近有兩超級市場非常方便，如果由酒店到巿集只需20分鐘車程，酒店亦有租電單車服務，面向沙灘，風景一流，亦定時有殺蟲，絕對一流，相比起這小島其他酒店同等價錢絕對不會失望，一定會再到，值得推介。”

“This place was not a nice place to stay - it might be better in their bungalows, but the building facing the street is horrible. There is so much noise coming from the street that it is impossible to sleep at night, and the next-door room is only separated by thin door so lots of noise from there also. All staff leave the place around 20.00 so it is not possible to buy anything from the bar, and the place just feels completely deserted. Other than a bar/restaurant across the street nothing……
