Golf Trip Home Base

A great place for 8 mates to base themselves for a week long golf trip in the area. Heaps of room for all of us. Great facilities. Clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the bay.

Overall the property was excellent with great views and very good size enteratining spaces and bedrooms. Highly recommended!Overall was generally kept clean, but for feedback we noticed the following:1. "caked" detergent in washing machine dispenser, which we removed.2. Filter to dishwasher required cleaning.3. Noticeable leak at the base of the spout to the kitchen mixer tap.4. Dust buildup on lower section of TV console.The home was very well appointed, but we did not use the outdoor BBQ or Oven.

Beautiful place

Michelle’s place was awesome! We really enjoyed ourselves, even though we were only there for two nights. We made the most of it. The place was perfect for the 10 of us. The ping pong table, the pool table, and even all the rooms were very cozy. Everyone who came had a great time. We did get a little out of hand the first night, and some neighbors complained about the noise, so we kept it quiet the second night. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Thank you for having us!

There were sufficient bedrooms for each person, plus 3 bathrooms including ensuite. The living spaces were great to provide a great work environment (upstairs lounge), shared cooking experience in the big kitchen and play time (pool table, billiards). The outdoor verandah is amazing - but unfortunately we didn't use as the weather was rather damp and windy. Well appointed and clean.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend at the property, with 8 friends. We loved the large table outside looking at the view and inside too. There was a small loungeroom upstairs and a massive games room downstairs we didnt even need with ping pong, pool table and massive lounge. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. It would be great for a family or a girls weekend. We discovered a cellar door nearby Tynan wines which was fantastic, as was Bannisters Terrace Bar and the local Thai.

The lower ground was the only space available to children to enjoy.No TV in the family room was disappointing as the lounge room was not big enough for more than one family. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very well set up for the needs of our family. There was plenty of room for the 4 separate family entities. The beds were extremely comfortable according to all. The kitchen was very well appointed and met all our needs. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bbq. There were several screen doors that came off the runners and a couple that needed to have the mesh replaced due to large holes in them. Some of them were unable to be locked which caused problems for security with the little children.The garage door was faulty and we were reluctant to park in the garage due to the possibility of the door not opening. It needed servicing and was reported.The driveway was very steep and would cause problems for a car low to the road. It was difficult to drive up in the wet.Each bathroom had refillable shower gel and shampoo. The one in the master bedroom was almost empty and i asked for a refill that didn’t happen.The overhead fans worked in some of the rooms but not in others and there was no instruction on how to operate them.
