Thank you for hosting us at your property. The house itself was fantastic and provided a great setting for our getaway. However, I wanted to share some feedback that could help improve future stays for your guests.Kitchen Utensils: We were surprised to find no forks available for us to use, and we had to purchase our own. This was unexpected and slightly inconvenient.Spa Lid: We were advised to keep the spa covered, but there was no lid present upon arrival. Unfortunately, this meant the spa couldn’t maintain its temperature during our stay.Missing Batteries: Several remote controls were missing batteries, making it difficult to use certain features.Spa Instructions: We tried to use the spa’s bubbles feature, but the instructions provided were inaccurate, and we couldn't get it to work.These are relatively small details but collectively impacted our overall enjoyment of the stay.Lastly, we were approached by the neighbors within the first five minutes of our arrival, asking us to turn off the lights and be mindful of our usage. While we understand the importance of being respectful, this initial interaction wasn’t the warmest way to start our holiday. That said, by the end of our stay, the neighbor mentioned that we were the best guests they’ve had, which we truly appreciated.Thank you for considering this feedback, as we believe addressing these minor issues could make future guests’ experiences even better.
