Tucked just off Fore Street in a quiet courtyard, The Brewery is a beautifully styled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse that’s full of charm, flooded with light, and packed with luxury touches – all just moments from the waterfront.

Inside, the top floor is the heart of the home – an impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with vaulted ceilings, a log burner, and French doors opening straight onto the garden terraces. Whether you're cooking, relaxing or socialising, this space is made for gathering together and enjoying the view.

This holiday home sleeps six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a dreamy main suite with a freestanding bath, and a cosy garden studio with panoramic estuary views – perfect for a peaceful read or evening tipple.

Outside, the magic continues with a stunning, tiered coastal garden set over three levels. There’s dining space, a BBQ, plenty of spots to unwind, and that breathtaking estuary view to top it all off.

There's no need to leave your much loved dog at home. The Brewery welcomes one small / medium sized dog, subject to some simple dog rules.  

From stylish interiors to sun-drenched terraces, The Brewery offers a unique and luxurious base for your Salcombe stay – whether you're here to explore, entertain or simply escape.

The Space

Inside this townhouse spanning four thoughtfully designed floors, The Brewery is a stylish retreat with stunning spaces for both relaxation and entertaining.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Three spacious bedrooms ensure comfort for every guest.

The master suite, with its king-sized bed and indulgent freestanding bath, is a serene sanctuary.

Two additional bedrooms, including a versatile super king/twin room (just let us know which configuration you'd prefer on booking) and a cosy twin.

There two modern, stylish shower rooms for added convenience.

Open-Plan Living:
The top floor is the crown jewel, featuring a beautifully open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area.

Relax in the lounge by the log burner, framed by estuary views through French doors and a Juliette balcony.

The stylish, fully equipped kitchen and bar area make culinary creations a joy, while the dining area comfortably seats eight.

French doors lead directly to the outdoor terrace, seamlessly merging indoor and alfresco living.

The Outdoor Oasis:
The Brewery's terraced garden is an exceptional outdoor escape, with those all important views of Salcombe estuary.

Lower Terrace: Begin with outdoor dining for six by the BBQ, perfect for evenings under fairy lights.

Middle Terrace: Unwind on the sun-loungers, warmed by the glow of the chiminea.

Upper Terrace: This sun-soaked level, surrounded by coastal greenery, offers estuary views and a charming outhouse.

The garden room, complete with a kitchenette, sofa bed, and WC, can transform into an extra bedroom or private lounge space. Enjoy morning coffee at the bistro table or evening drinks with loved ones, all in breathtaking surroundings.

Paddleboard and kayak storage is available for adventure seekers.

This holiday home does not offer on site parking due to being in the absolute heart of Salcombe. However, you really do not need your car during your stay due to the fabulous central position of this property. We recommend driving to the property on arrival to unload your luggage, then heading off to park your car (we can provide directions & parking option details) and you'll then be able to enjoy everything that Salcombe has to offer by foot for the duration if your stay.

For guests seeking to elevate their getaway with a touch of wellness, we can arrange spa and fitness passes to the luxurious Salcombe Harbour Hotel, just a five-minute stroll from The Brewery. Indulge in rejuvenating treatments or unwind in their state-of-the-art facilities.

This is more than a holiday home – it’s your own slice of coastal bliss, waiting to be discovered. The Brewery promise a truly remarkable "Luxury By the Coast" holiday experience.

Other Things To Note:
1) The accommodation is set over four floors, with the main living space on the top floor, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

2) Wi-fi access throughout this property.

3) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.

4) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside or in the garden area or close to the property. 

5) There is no parking at this property due to being in the absolute heart of the town. However, there is long stay parking just a short walk away or on street parking can be further away from the house. We can provide directions and details for both. We suggest guests drive to the property to drop off their luggage and then head off to park. You don't need your car during your stay, as everything you need Salcombe related is on your doorstep.

6) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

7) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.

8) Pets are not accepted at this holiday home.

9) Complimentary access to our Salcombe Abode inclusive concierge service, together with a luxury Salcombe Abode welcome pack on arrival.
