Contemporary home with million dollar views, 100 feet of lake frontage, gentle sloped lot, new covered boat dock and floating swim dock. Large stacked stone fire pit with seating over looking water just completed..looks amazing. Water is at lower level between October - April ....Dock is not Usable during this time, but still plenty of relaxation and fishing. Sale Creek Campground public boat ramp is 4 miles away to launch your boat during the winter.

Riverbend Festival is 9 nights of music, food and fun with 5 stages,100 plus bands and draws over 650,000 patrons annually. 2021Postponed due to Covid. Riverbend begins June 2nd this year.
Nightfall Concert Series are free concerts every Friday night in Miller Park downtown Chattanooga. Starts Memorial Day weekend and goes through the end of September.

Great stay!

We had a really good time here! The lake is beautiful and the cove is quiet. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and hanging out by the fire pit. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. we have a little one under two and the theater room was a great blacked out space for him to sleep in, the pack and play that was available was super convenient. i would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for the beautiful space!

Has it all!

We stayed for a week during a fishing tournament and this property was perfect! We all loved it and would have not had to leave at all if it werent for the commitments we had off property. The boat ramp was super convenient, the theater room and ping pong table gave us reprieve from the sun when needed, and the views are unforgettable. Troy was also uber responsive with any questions we had - great host! For the rate this place cant be beaten. We wil stay again in a heartbeat if our travels bring us back.

We stayed for a week house was everything we could ever ask for plenty of parking for 4 boats and trucks as long as you have guys who know how to back a boat very well first night took us a second to figure out the parking but after that it was pretty easy!

Family Time

Wonderful getaway to enjoy some quality time with family. House was wonderful with great views and access to the lake for boating and paddle boarding. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and pingpong. Would have been ideal to have one more bedroom with a queen or king size bed for adults but we made do with the queen bunks.

Bad Mattress and worms?

Overall, the view was the best part of the home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, with deteriorating mobile homes very close by. The home was dirty in several aspects including the grill, windows, the laundry room had a very bad odor coming from the sink area and there were little round worms all over the floor next to any exterior door with land access. This made me very nervous, considering we had our 2 dogs with us. Our dogs are vaccinated and treated for everything but I don’t know what the worms were. The mattress on the only non bunk bed in the home made sleeping very difficult, it needs to be replaced, as many others have commented. It rises on the side and rolls you into the middle and had no support. This is the only VRBO I would not book again I’ve stayed in if given the chance.

Great family getaway!

House was great & host was responsive to all needs. The kids enjoyed playing in the water! It was so nice being in the cove and not worry about the kids getting pulled out into the lake. The water is only a few feet deep by the dock so our kids (10 & 12 yrs) were able to stand up. They (and I) loved the SUPs! The adults got to relax and enjoy the view. We had some intense ping pong battles as well!

We had a good week. The house had everything we needed to cook. The water did drop quiet a bit during our stay. The stone steps out front are dangerous. The morning we were leaving my husband used them to load the truck in bottom driveway. He ended up breaking his radial head (elbow bone)and dislocation of his right elbow. We went to Rhea Medical center were they took good care of him.

We own a place on the gulf but our son doesn't like the beach. When see said well where do you want to go, he said Chicumauga lake. I looked for homes and yours stood out although it was too big for just 4 of us. We had a wonderful time. He fished, we ate and used your wonderful theater room for football and movies.

Relaxing

A very clean, well organized house. Troy was easy to get a hold of when needed. The sunrises were perfect to watch on the deck. The water this time of year was too warm for good fishing but perfect for tubing and swimming. The driveway was a little tricky/tight for a F250 and bass boat to use the ramp but was doable. Overall a beautiful house in a beautiful location on the lake.
