Outside and lobby were nice. My room had mold in the bathroom, giant crack in the TV, missing cabinets, not clean. Second room had an active leak, wet carpets, a spilled vodka bottle under the bed and an AC that didn't work. 0/10. Guy at the front desk was wonderful and understanding but was left alone with no actual management available to fix anything or process our refund for a full 6 days. Do not stay here.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ethan. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great. The hotel itself seemed a little bit on the older side, but we were comfortable and felt safe. We had an adult in our group sleeping on the pullout bed, and the bar underneath wasn't very comfortable for him. The other beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the basketball court. The fireplace in the room was a nice addition.

Had a 7 night stay. Had to go down the hall to find housekeeping in order to get clean towels. They never checked our room to see what we needed. They only had room service scheduled for the last day of our stay. Lot of good that did us. Other than that property was in good shape and room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was nothing special but they do still have one. Seems like lots of hotels are cutting them out.
