So we booked this hotel online said pet friendly we had driven 500 miles needed to sleep I was told at check in no dog allowed so went to help line was disconnected 5 times did online messages kept being told will be right back to handle problem they had my cell# my email never received any help left and went to a different hotel. You better refund our money. The lady at check in was very rude. Unwilling to help. We are retired folks and did not need this
The whole experience was dirty, room was dirty, shower had no pressure, front desk had attitude, and because i didn't carry cash my deposit was 250 more and i had to wait a week to het it back, worst hotel ive ever stayed by far
The room smelled like dirty diapers. The check in attendent said they didn't have any Lysol or air freshener. The carpet had dirty stains all over it which lookex like pet pee. Holes in the curtians. The bathroom wall was dirty black around the vent. No way this place was Covid clean. The paint was patched with mismatched colors. I would not have stayed but for the pre-paid situation. This place should be shut down by the state. Not cheap considering this was the worst hotel ever.
Check in took forever as there was a long line and only one person to help. Our room was highway side and was super noisy even with the windows closed, and smelled and felt musty/dusty.
When I checked in I was over charged even though just security deposit. If I would have given cash it would have been $100 instead my cc was charged $260. Also when I complained about the room smelling like smoke the lady said oh I know. Didn’t offer to move me so on my last day I just couldn’t take it no more. So I moved.

Stood in line 20-30 minutes to check in. When we finally got up to the counter, the clerk was not friendly, did not explain or apologize for the wait, or smile. Had to walk past strong cigarette smell in the hallway from the smoking rooms to get to our room. The room was clean and adequate, except there was no microwave. There was no breakfast in the morning, not even grab-and-go, only bad coffee with powdered creamer. Overall, just not a pleasant, welcoming place.
There were no microwaves and during this time of the pandemic they only offered a microwave in the lobby with all the other guests that is not acceptable. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude during check-in and even when I asked how she was doing and how her day was she ignored me and then demanded another card to put my deposit for my pets and incidentals on and when I asked if that incidentals was a refundable deposit she told me only if I didn't mess up the room and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was unsatisfactory the room smelled of mold and cigarettes I'm completely unsatisfied with super 8 and would not recommend them to anybody in fact I am telling everyone to stay far away from them. As far as the whole booking experience with the app it was extremely pleasant easy and a lot better than I thought it was going to be I give that five stars
Customer sevice is poor, lots of homeless people wondering around making me nervous about my car. Unsafe to go out side at dark. Paper thin walls had a baby screaming all nignt in the room next to us. Will never stay here again. Nothing on your website or there website about pool being closed. Website shows free breakfast there was no breakfast
Dirty, mold in the window,air conditioner unit had not been cleaned, bathroom fan didn't work properly, dirty outside, trash every where, cigarette smoke at night. Front desk staff had no idea how to process the hotels.com reservation. Says " pet friendly" there is not any grass on the property ( only next to the street) no pool or hot tub open as advertised. Horrible place!
Room was dirty. Dried food (nuts, seeds, noodles) on the floor. Ants in the bathroom, stains on the comforters. Could hear the people in the next room as if they were in your room. Room needs updated.
The person who assisted me was not the most welcoming or helpful. Once I got to my room there was an awful stale smell. The bathroom was not clean at all. The toilet overflowed and the shower/bath was dirty. I could not take a shower.
I ended up not staying the night. at Super 8 and I left at 7:30 pm on 1/27. I would like a refund, please. This was the worst place.

Pet friendly and the price made the room worth it
The people at the desk were great, very helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the in room fridge was nice. The room had a weird smell in it that we covered up with our own incense. We brought our dog with us, so perhaps the smell was from prior smoking room or previous pets. Over all it was an ok stay we weren't in the room for very long.

We only had a quarter of a roll of toilet paper for 4 people in the room, there was a poor smell and service was very bad. In the morning my account was charged because they didn't want to deal with excepting our cash even though we had called a week in adavce to make sure cash was excepted. The front desk attendent was beyond rude and unhelpful, you could tell they didn't want to deal with the problem. They almost refused us the room all together unless every guest provided an id for them to photo copy. Finally for a buidling that requires masks to protect guests from others who could be carrying covid-19 they did not enforce that rule.

Yikes! Just say no.
Very basic no frills hotel. No grab & go breakfast due to COVID restrictions and no microwave in room as posted in room details. Air conditioner made horrible rattling noise whenever turned on. Exterior of property dirty and landscaping unkempt. Would not stay again due to registered guests using the hotel for "short-term" additional scantily dressed female guests in and out all day and night. Not a place to stay with your family.
