“We really enjoyed this lovely home! Roomy, comfortable, cable TV, back deck was used often! Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything was so clean and all the amenities needed! The walk downtown was pleasant - maybe 10 minutes. We plan to be back!”

“When it comes to Real Estate, they say Location, location and location and this house could not be in a better location. It was conveniently located near a major grocery store and just few blocks from all download Salida has to offer. The house is spacious and rooms separated by the living area makes it more private living. ”

“Great communication with the host who was responsive. Glad I arrived in daylight hours as night was dark in this location and CR road signs were not obvious. Very easy walk to downtown Salida and walking, biking and hiking were super easy to access. Somehow it is both quiet/remote and near everything. ”

“The house was fine and has everything you need for a basic stay, particularly a short one (we stayed two nights). The access instructions were wrong so we couldn’t get in for 30 min, which was incredibly frustrating. It was ultimately fixed, but only after calling, texting, sending a message in the VRBO app, and calling VRBO. There were zero checkout instructions, I texted asking about them, but they didn’t get back to me right away so we were left scrambling to take care of everything before……
