Portland Salmon Street Springs Hotels

"The hotel was beautiful. However, I was checked in by a gentlemen that seemed miserable. We received zero information about the property. I didn’t know how to find information independently until I seen the QR code. I asked the bar for a plastic fork. He said okay and then just didn’t get one. No explanation just left us standing there. After 10 minutes the other bartender asked if we needed anything.Anytime I asked a question it seemed like I was annoying the front desk staff. Room was serviced twice no conditioner. I bought my own so I didn’t have to ask. The service was not what I expected from a hotel this expensive. "

"The parking was terrible $50 for ballet parking for one night that’s expensive. You had to wait for someone to leave late at night so you’re able to park your car."

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were as good as advertised and the location in downtown Portland was convenient to everything. I've stayed in other locations in Portland but from now on coming back to this hotel."
