Get ready to relax in this delightful 3-bedroom house in Woods Cross. With heating and AC, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in this superb property. Enjoy the private & lush back yard with a firepit to roast hotdogs or smores! Downtown Salt Lake is just 7 minutes away, as well as the Salt Lake Airport! Charming downtown Bountiful is in walking distance but you are on a private quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The pictures did not show just how weathered this house was. When we arrived we found there to be no hot water and had to turn up the water heater as well as the heat in the house. This particular place is for sale so we also experienced a random couple stopping by and peaking into the windows as we were ataying there. Unfortunately it was a place to just rest our heads and get out of there. Did not have a comfortable vibe and we were anxious to leave.

We chose this house because it was actually cheaper than a hotel. It was good enough for us, we didn't spend a lot of time there since we were visiting with relatives at their house. There was ample bedding, pillows and towels, although some of the bedding and bed pillows were pretty worn and should be replaced. I was annoyed that there was only one out of four working light bulbs in the bathroom. We found some extras in a closet and had to replace them and also one of the bedroom lamp bulbs. The property managers should give this a good deep cleaning. It seemed like it hadn't been done in awhile and that corners and out of the way places were kind of dirty. The updates to the kitchen and bath are nice, but should be maintained properly to stay nice. The property contact communicated well and messaged me as promised with the access code and other information.

The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host, Dalane, was very kind. She was responsive and went above and beyond with getting my daughters shoes back to us.Would stay again if we needed a place in that area.

Beautiful little house! Very safe little neighborhood. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and inviting. We were a little stressed with the check in process, which ended just fine. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We'd stay here again.
