Very nice neighborhood and the house was more than we expected very comfortable lots of room, had all the amenities we needed, great location within walking distance of anything you need, the views didn't hurt either and the fenced in yard was so nice for our dog.

4th of July trip!

We had a great stay! It’s an older house so everything isn’t perfect but we still had a good time! The hosts were responsive when we needed anything! Had a great yard for our pups and a great spot to watch the fireworks without having to leave the house!

Home not ready, relocated to a different property

We stayed at this VRBO while moving across the country. After a long drive, we arrived at the home that we had rented, and the cleaners were not finished yet. We were informed at the time of check-in and had to wait for 30 minutes until another property across the street was available for us. While the home we stayed in was just as nice and had the same amenities and was just a couple of doors down, the inconvenience and lack of advance notice put a sour taste in our mouths. The home was nice and worked for our stay, and was very walkable to several places, but the experience was tainted by our check-in experience.

Perfect for us

Drove in from Ohio with our two older dogs visiting family. As they have younger children, wanted to give them space and also a place to give us some privacy at the end of the day. The house was perfect for us, plenty of privacy, very clean and well kept, great view of the mountains, quiet and comfortable. As we were only here in the late evenings and over night, the house had more amenities than we had use for. We will def look for availability the next time we’re in town. Thank you for a great place.

Ruined our weekend

The photos are not accurate at all. When we arrived at the rental, we were worried we walked into the wrong house. It didn't look like the photos at all. Unfortunately, the house looked abandoned as the furniture was minimal. The living room has a couch and tv. That's it. No rugs, decor, anything in the photos of the home. The bedrooms did have beds and side tables but nothing else. The dining room is a table and metal chairs. They did add a pool table, which was not on the listing. That's the list of furniture in the house. The empty walls just have a lot of nails. We opened the hot tub but it wasn't smelling right.The house was clean and I do appreciate that. This listing's title currently starts with the word "Cozy", which is what I was looking for for our girl's weekend. We were pretty disappointed. I feel catfished. I did contact the host, Constantine, and he apologized for my first impression and for the lack of accurate photos. The host is aware of the false advertisement. I was happy to pay the rental amount for the cute home in the photos, but that it not what we walked in to. I requested a 50% refund and the host did not respond to this until after I contacted VRBO with photos and they contacted the host. The host responded with a partial refund and banned me from renting their properties again. I am loyal to VRBO. I think they offer a wonderful service and I will choose them over a hotel every time. Unfortunately this one location was not a cozy stay.

Holladay Bungalow

Clean, vintage home. Great location close to St. Marks. Magnificent mountain views from the backyard. Disappointing that the home was devoid of the decor that appealed to us in the photos but maybe that’s been remedied.

Great ski trip, great host

After some communication error with house cleaners, our host, Constantine certainly stepped up with another property in the neighborhood that was larger and available. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend any of his SLC properties

Check in process got off and the property was not cleaned. HOWEVER, communication was great and they made it right. Great host and great communicator/responder/etc. Great recovery. Would definitely recommend owned.

Great place

Had a surgery and needed a cozy comfy place and this place did just that. Roomy house and the furniture was on point with comfy beds. Thank you for letting us stay. Definitely will book again.

Nice but needs Fine Touches

Loved rear fenced yard for dog. Cute neighborhood in Holladay. Driveway gate was inconvenient to come/go but glad we could fully fence yard. Gas stove and fireplace was great. Maintenance needs to check batteries and functionality of home. Lack of Communication of random maintenance people showing up was not acceptable. Pool table was fun. Pellet smoker was great for cooking but didn’t know it was there until arrival. Need home manual for helpful hints. Pictures on VRBO are not accurate. No desks for remote work. Has downstairs for 3rd bed and bath. Not homey due to lack of any wall hangings. Paint needs touch ups. Front bedroom is freezing without space heater. Dishes were not Fully clean in cabinets. Kitchen table is beautiful but chairs need cushions.. Long sectional is odd. Needs beach towels for hot tub.

Family vacation

We had a great time on our trip to Salt Lake. This property is in a great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was comfortable and spacious. The yard was great for our two dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed staying here for a few days. Location was great and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and my pup enjoyed the yard too. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Not that cozy

Very convenient for shopping. Nice neighborhood. Pictures need updating. No cushions on the lawn furniture or dining room chairs (all metal). No umbrella for shade all shown in the pictures. Was looking for a relaxing time after my surgery but the A/C couldn’t keep up either. Left a day early.

Great location!

Our family had a wonderful week of winter and ski trip. This house was very convenient to access the slopes and the city. It seems better suited for 6 people than for 8. We loved the living room space and the kids liked the downstairs room.

Great little get away place.

This worked great for my family of 6 on a weekend get-a-way. Manager was very prompt on any questions and reached out in plenty of time before arrival for us.

Not like the pictures

We found the property to not match the online pictures much at all. All of the decor and pictures on the wall had been removed. The furniture was completely different. The area rugs had been removed. There were also two damaged electrical outlet plates that could have been dangerous for our grandchild. The house had the basics-beds and a sofa, but the elements that made it look like a cozy bungalow had been taken out of the house. It was very disappointing and I felt like I had been cheated. We ended up staying elsewhere.
