服务最差的福朋喜来登酒店！
这家喜来登酒店，是我们住过的喜来登酒店中，服务最差的了。 第一起，我们提前两天定的酒店，下午五点左右，check in的时候，拿着hotels.com的订单入住，却被告知，没有预订信息，请自行联系hotels.com。 我们请求对方帮忙联系一下hotels.com，毕竟我们带着订单过来的，上面有订单号等详细信息。对方粗鲁的说，这是你们的事，请自行联系！ 我们开始以为，酒店前台没有hotels.com联系方式，后来前台把电话给我们，让我们自己打国际长途，才明白原来她们跟hotels.com经常联系。 到后来发现，是这家店员自己没有找到订单的缘故，让人很不解。 第二起，起初我们预订房间的时候，特意选择了含早餐的价格。但是，在早餐时间，酒店前台却告知，我们的订单不含早餐。 再经反复的交涉，重新提供订单，搞了半天，才勉强解决早餐问题。 如此一家知名品牌酒店，反复出现这种问题，充分说明这家喜来登管理上的混乱不堪，对不起喜来登的品牌和价钱。 希望这家喜来登能够重新整顿一下自己的服务，否则顾客会用脚投票的！

酒店装修很新，风格很喜欢，交通方便，去机场或者市区都很便捷。酒店的出口挺多，所以无论房间在哪个位置都可以找到比较近的门进出，这些门是需要刷房卡的，安全没问题。以后还会考虑入住

Check into the room and saw dust everywhere on the table and shelves as if no one has been in there for a while. Went down to the restaurant and the food was terrible. I ordered classic buffalo wings and it came out cold as if they forgot to put it in the oven after thawing the wings. Breakfast didn’t get served until 7:00 am which was to late for me since I had a long drive ahead so I checked out at 5:30am.

Great location, very near to the airport and friendly staff. 24 hours shuttle service to the airport was great! The driver was courteous and he provided us with information on how and where to go when checking in at the airport.

It was very noisy late at night - other guests on same floor and above my room. I had 5 hours to sleep so that didn't help. Otherwise a great place.

My room smelt like someone smoked in it and its very dated. The sliding patio doors are gross, so dirty and don't open properly. It needs attention it just looked dirty and it was an expensive convivence to be close to the airport and it's not great. ||The food was great and the workers. The bed was clean and good just esthetics could use updating for the price we paid.

Motel was very cold, lobby to the room. The heat was off in the rooms and took forever to warm up to 70’, the food was average at best. Service was good though.
