Perfect location with easy access to University of Utah and the Avenues. Check-in was easy and the underground parking was a great amenity. We enjoyed our stay!
Newer, very Clean apartment appointed with everything you need. Building is great, attached underground parking is great as well as the huge hot tub and pool. Amazing views from the bedrooms!
We really enjoyed our stay. Best location if you love to walk and enjoy downtown.The only distraction is the upstairs neighbors can be heard walking in their unit and it’s loud.But other than that it was great.
Really good property if you are staying in Utah for a ski trip it is situated ideally between the various places you might go but also in good proximity to downtown which has great grocery stores, restaurants, breweries. Great hot tub that is very large and can accommodate several groups so it is never full per se
Comfortable beds. Was worried about the noise being right downtown but we all slept so well in the comfortable accommodations. Will stay again for sure.

Great place to stay to explore a variety of ski resorts
We chose this apartment based on the proximity to ski resorts. Our family of four can stay for one week and explore four ski resorts. Perfect for the IKON pass holder who wants to explore all that SLC has to offer. The kids especially loved the pool and having their own room. The kitchen if perfect for eating in, but if you want to go out there are many dining options close by.
The apartment was very nice, clean, and just the right size for us. It was a seamless check in process, including the parking space in the garage. We went to salt lake to see a basketball game at the delta center and the location was very good for us. We would definitely stay there again!
Very nice property, secure building. Walking distance to downtown and train. Close to grocery stores, retail and restaurants. Condo was comfortable and nice to come home to at the end of a long day. Pool and spa was a great amenity.
Very comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen and bath were well appointed (coffee, tea, sugar and plenty of shower products). Very comfortable beds and the gym was nice and big with all the equipment needed. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood wasn’t particularly walk-friendly, but it was centrally located and easy to access via car.
Brought my son with me on a work trip. This home was a great option. The place was clean, location is great with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The e-scooters can be rented and get you fast access to downtown even without a car. Great place if you are staying in salt lake.
Fantastic property, the patio opens to a view of the pool and mountains. We spent every night watching the kids swim from the deck with a glass of wine.
The area is safe but was common to be approached by 'street locals' looking for spare change or sleeping just outside the garage.

Nice place, but read below.
The apartment is updated and a good location. Decor is fresh, modern and welcoming. The huge windows and sliders show off beautiful views and make it bright and inviting. The complex has a trendy vibe, yet also is respectfully quiet. The beds are more comfortable than most we have stayed in. It has a large balcony that I am sure would be fabulous to enjoy in the warmer weather. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with equipment and a startup of basics. Communication other than check in, has been helpful and responses have been quick.
Definitely would not be comfortable with the 8 people as advertised. The pull out couch is very small and rock hard. The living room didn’t have enough seating for our 4 to watch a movie, etc. Sounds minor, but there were barely enough towel bars for 4 people, let alone 8, and there was only 5 coffee cups, etc. Max occupancy would be 4 if you asked me.
Property was great and the property management that rents this space out is great at communicating and providing a contact space for anything you would need during your stay. Would recommend and stay again.
This condo was absolutely beautiful, and it was perfect to stay at for our work trip. The only thing that kept me from giving it the entire 5-star rating was the walls were incredibly thin. We could hear EVERYTHING! Someone was having a thumping party, and we could hear the music. We could hear the other tenants walking above us, doors slamming, and outside noise. We aren't from a bigger city, so we just aren't used to that, so sleep wasn't really a thing. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
This management company has the process down. Booking, check-in, info was so streamlined and easy. They didn’t miss a thing. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Stocked with enough of the basics to get us through our stay. Comfortable beds and linens, nice towels. They only negative was the couch in the living room is tiny and hard so don’t expect to lounge on that in comfort. But not a big deal as we relaxed on the beds with our iPads most of the time. Walking distance to Starbucks and lots of restaurants. My husband used the gym and it was fine. Building has an Icafe which we didn’t check out. Overall a great stay and no complaints.
