"Great accommodation for one night. Clean, comfortable bed and Michael is very helpful and kind. We had renovated king with kitchenette. Only complaint is it was not a full ocean view just a partial view. Windows need updating. But otherwise a great experience."

"We spent 5 nights at the hotel in a single queen and had family in a suite. Motel nicely renovated and bed so comfortable. But the best thing about this Motel is Emerose and her staff. She was so helpful and resourceful in finding solutions for our changing dynamics in spite of a fully booked Motel all the while maintaining her warm, welcoming personality. She is a true jewel."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Eagle Rock! The views are stunning. We spent every evening watching sunsets from the upper or lower dock. The property faces due west, making the evenings spectacular. There is an eagle next in a tree in a neighbouring property, so we saw eagles every day and spotted a few whales too. The home has everything you might need and Pauline ensures all the small details are looked after. The kitchen is better stocked than our own at home. We loved Pender Island and would love to return. Thank you, Pauline!"

"Checkin was very straightforward. Room was air conditioned, had a mini fridge and microwave, which were both useful. Smelled like cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. Floors were dirty, especially under the bed there was a lot of debris (mostly food) Overall a good room for what I needed but the cleanliness had room for improvement"
