An honest review. Loved the look of this apartment and it's location. There was a stale smell as you enter the first door down stairs. The apartment itself was a good size and looked good on first glance. Negatives, it was clear that this did need a freshen up with painting and definitely needed a good clean.The bathroom had mould all around the bath and taps (mould remover would sort in 5 minutes) floor around the toilet, dirty. Stains in the toilet and impractical bath and sink. If your under 5"4 you'll need a step to have a shower. Sink you can just about wash your hands in and mind your head when brushing your teeth. Wall's around the apartment needed cleaning and a paint. After all that, would i stay again yes. But i hope they take this constructive criticism and act on it.Great location and size.
