“It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! ”

There were plenty of things to do locally and we loved the area. One highlight was a meal cooked for us in the Grange by Chef Dan Graham. “This property and its host are simply outstanding. Located in the North Yorkshire countryside, the property is a converted barn, adjacent to the main farmhouse. While retaining the charm of the old structure, it has thoroughly modern kitchen and bathrooms. The is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor as well as an en-suite bedroom upstairs. “A lovely little cottage tucked away just outside Scarborough. We stayed over for a wedding and it was a convenient 10 minute drive to the registry office. The accommodation was well thought out with everything we needed. The hot tub was set up and ready to use as soon as we arrived, and even a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge!! The kids enjoyed themselves and especially liked watching the nesting swallows and meeting the resident horse in the stables. Great location, but……
