"We travel 5-6 times a year.. We were greeted by Nas, he provided the best check in experience I've had at any hotel. He was genuinely caring and kind, we were happy with the hotel within a minute of talking to him. He made sure we were taken care of and knew everything about the hotel. He asked what we were interested in and then drew a map showing the appetizers, drinks, hot cocoa, how to get to the spa from our room. I recently invited my back, so he switched our rooms and our us right next to the elevator so I wouldn't need to walk too far. The other staff were great too. We watched at 10pm as a little girl started crying when they ran out of hot cocoa and two employees jumped up and ran to take care of the her. The room was great, they are a nice size and a really comfortable space to be in. The hotel is clean and well cared for. Good parking, safe area, lots of restaurant options around. This hotel will be our first choice in Spokane/Spokane Valley moving forward."

"The experience itself was okay. We stayed there just because of the kitchen, since we have a lot of food restrictions, I have to cook most of the time. The room smelled like weed, but look... it is a cheap cheap long term stay. The floors could use a better treatment, it was pretty dirty. What i liked the most was, they fixed things really fast, kudos to the team. The heating wasn't working... they went there and fixed right away, the stove was not working, they sent someone real fast. I was there for work, and everything went well, and because of the kitchen i would stay there again. Sorry for the confusion at the end about the second room, i really don’t understand what happened, but I am glad we figure out, the Manager was super nice!"
