"The hotel was excellent with delicious food served in the bistro. Kristina at the service desk was one of the best features in the hotel. She was so helpful and friendly. She went out her way to assist us and was an asset to this establishment. Overall 5 stars"

"The room we had was spacious, clean and well stocked. The space seemed dated but everything worked well. We were not able to turn the temperature down below 19c which was on the warm side for us. Staff were lovely and the in hotel restaurant was decent, some lower priced options would have been nice. "

"A great location and great amenities. There during the horse races so it was very busy. the staff did a great job of making sure things worked efficiently. The proximity to the train and coach stations was a real plus."
