There is plenty of space for a family and the train and bus being just a 1 minute (if that) walk is even better. If I ever make it chamonix again I will be staying here"

"Un superbe chalet, tout juste rénové avec goût, très bien équipé. Nous avons séjourné à 10 adultes + un bébé, en profitant de la grande pièce de vie commune et de son poêle, et en disposant de vastes chambres pour chaque couple. Un local à skis très pratique. Le chalet est très bien situé, à proximité du télécabine, de la gare, et de plusieurs restaurants/Bars. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Rien à redire si ce n'est "Gardez le nous pour la prochaine fois SVP ""

"The property is located a short drive from the Les Houches and St Gervais ski resorts, other locations in Chamonix can be easily reached too. It is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay. The property also boasts a wonderful view of the mountains from the front door. There was no WiFi but there was an option to connect by cable. However, mobile signal was good so this was not a problem. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the mountains."

"L'hôte Guillaume est quelqu'un très disponible et sympathique, le chalet est très bien situé pour le ski, à quelques mètres de la piste. Il est fidèle à la description de l'annonce et très fonctionnel, très très bon séjour."

"Laut Inserat liegt das Ferienhaus "am See" und das Skigebiet sei "1 Gehminute" entfernt. Der nächste See ist 12km entfernt und der nächste Skilift ist 1,6km entfernt. Die Skibusverfügbarkeit war schlecht (3 Fahrten am Tag, späteste um 14:30 zurück) und in Skischuhen ist die Distanz nicht tragbar, sodass wir immer mit eigenen Autos fahren mussten. Hätten wir vorher gewusst, dass die Angaben nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen, hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung...

"A nice apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Very warm! Sometimes a little too much. Excellent location for the Gabelou ski lift and a short walk into town. Unfortunate drain smell in the bathroom but otherwise problem free."

"Un magnifique séjour pour les fêtes de Noël dans ce superbe loft. Nous étions 12 et vu l’espace qu’il y a nous aurions pu être le double sans nous marcher dessus.
