Elevator broke

Had a family member who was handicapped and elevator was not working took 3 days to fix …. Dead bird was under couch and was dirty… we left it cleaner than we got it, also the neighbors 2…. Left dogs out on balcony and both neighbors dogs barking till midnight so very sleeplessness night prior to checking out
