Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas. "

"Leider hat man kein WLAN in den Häusern, sondern nur an der Rezeption.Wir hatten Ameisen im Haus, das war nicht so toll.Und die Kommunikation mit dem Check-in Personal war nur auf Englisch möglich. Und die Lebensmittel im Supermarkt waren sauteuer.Deswegen überall ein Punkt Abzug!Ansonsten hatten die Kinder viel Spaß im Pool und am Spielplatz und wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt. "Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"Wohnung besser auf Sauberkeit prüfen, bevor Neumieter kommen. Die Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick ok. Beim näheren Hinsehen fanden sich dann doch einige Rückstände von Schmutz. Das Geschirr war gespült, allerdings war einiges an Geschirr nicht sauber. "

Overall, very nice hotel

"The hotel is very well maintained and has lot of character. There are beautiful spaces around the property to hang out. The spa and steam room, pools are very nice to experience at the property. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The two things I would consider negative: - the room was not very spacious - no air conditioner. The fan provided made noise all night "

"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "
