"The condo itself was lovely. The location was good on the main street and we knew there was no easy beach access from there. This was balanced out by the lovely big pool it has. Here is where things went horribly awry. Unbeknownst to us the pool was closed for maintenance the day before we arrived for 6 weeks. "Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach. "

"好失望, 選擇呢間酒店, 原來都唔係酒店, 係似Airbnb 咁, 共有2房2廁, 我地2大2小住了4日3夜, 我們當初選擇呢間MY RESORT 係因為佢個兒童遊戲泳池吸引了我, 小朋友玩一定好開心啦, 點知入住的時候才知道有限時間制, MON-THU 只開 16:30 - 18:00 開得個半鐘 -__- 我只能有一日趕回來享受呢個泳池, 還有接待處18:00之後就無人架啦!!! 最慘係, 住第二晚, 有一廁所已經塞了, 去唔到水!!!!!! 得返一個廁所用。 另外佢係有洗衣機比你用, 但係連小小的洗衣粉都唔會提供比你囉。唯一好的, 間房總算企理既!!!"

"Booked this hotel through Expedia on the day of arrival. Upon arrival we found out this hotel does not even have a front desk nor do any of the employees there speak a word English. After trying to explain to workers who spoke no English that the room was booked online and paid they just simply walked away. To make a long story short we did not check in and was charged the full amount Contacted Expedia regarding this matter and a refund was denied. Stay away from hotel camchuri"
