“Overall is fine, just the toilet smell is bad”

I recently stayed at Silka Far East Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked politeness, making it difficult to resolve any issues. The room had a musty smell, when I turn on the aircon the smells become even worst. The fridge was dirty with hair……

“As expected”

“The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows the same. The room airconditioning was ineffective despite being put on full cool and high fan.”

“An excellent hotel at a super convenience location just builiding on top of the very nice shopping mall and train station at the central location.”

“bed is comfy, impeccable service, superb outdoor pool”

“Thanks”

“Interior decoration and lighting was very pleasant”

“excellent hotel, but kind of far from Central. Breakfast is adequate, staff are excellent, hotel is newer and very clean and well appointed. rooms are comfortable. Lots of restaurants in the adjacent malls. 2 MTR stations within walking distance. If possible book a room with city view as flashing lights on the stadium can be distracting and annoying on the other side of the hotel, but minor. All in all a great stay”
