"This hotel is at Mongkok East Railway station, so it is very convenient to travel to Shenzhen. If you want to go to Ladies Market you could just walk. To travel to other parts of HK the Mongkok MTR is near. The hotel is clean, quiet and the room is relatively large. Very comfortable to stay, the service staffs are very helpful and courteous too."

"Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future. "

"The washroom waterproof mat is stained , shower head is not function that I had to kneel down for shower, cannot find the room’s lights switch is and the humidity at corridors is too high because of the machine is too small to functioning. Frankly, this is my first time to live in this hotel and I am very disappointed to it☹️ "

"Room is dated however in general clean. We had to change rooms twice due to the cigarette smell in some of the room. Staff was very helpful and tried to fulfill request at their best. Hotel had so much potential with a facility upgrade eg furniture absorbing cigarette smells and water pipes with better water pressure in the shower. The water pressure in the bathroom sink had better pressure than the shower head. Great shuttle bus service and bus stop to tsuen wan is right opposite hotel. Close to airport. Wouldn’t fault for this price but this place has so much more potential than it currently presents "
