"Lovely place , easy parking and helpful staff"

"Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees."

"What a great place this is! The cottage is really cosy and well laid out. Trawden is gorgeous, and the community shop is well worth a visit or two. Alex is an excellent host. Highly, highly recommended."

"It’s a great apartment, lots of extras that we weren’t expecting, it is a good base for exploring especially if you have any asn children as its away from the busy bits but not too far"

"Apart from a couple of shaky dining chairs it was perfect"

"The apartment was super nice and the host accommodated our needs immediately. We had a very nice stay."

"We stayed 2 nights here, the hot tub was clean and ready for when we arrived. The bed was very comfy! And everything was clean and tidy. The pod was Warm cosy and very private. The hamper was a cute addition! They provide a book of local things to do and places to eat which was helpful. They are things to do near by like lockdown escape rooms, Liverpool and Southport. Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x"

"Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. "

"Best suited for 3 adults and 2 children. Must visit Cleveleys cottage."

"My stay here was lovely. I would stay here again."

"Excellent property, good base for exploring nearby towns and nature reserves. Hot tub and views are great."

"We had a lovely week in this spacious cottage. A quiet, away from it all, location but just a short drive to many places for days walking."

"A lovely place with great care to all details. The perfect holiday retreat for a small family seeking for peace and the beauty of the countryside. We will be back soon!"

"Check-in was easy with a lock box key. The place was very clean with all the amenities you may need. "

"Nice clean and quiet. 10 min drive from the mountain biking at Gisburn Forest. "
