"We really enjoyed our stay. We utilized the pool, the exercise room, and the breakfast area which was open at night for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Breakfast was good and had items which our gluten-free son could eat. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We plan on returning. "

"This house is a clean, spacious, lovely, beautiful home inside and outside. The property has a large fenced in backyard, a very nice large picnic table on the deck and grill. It is very close to supermarkets and to town. It was super convenient. The fire pit was a plus on a chilly night. You must bring your own food, drinks and spices for cooking but the kitchen is equipped for cooking otherwise. They give you coffee grinds for the coffee maker. There was plenty of bath towels for us and our family. They even supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. VRBO and the property managers are on top of it. They are really wonderful to speak to and to deal with. We had a great time staying at this home and would go back in a heartbeat. "

"Nice clean home just outside of the main stretch in New Paltz. My friends and I appreciated the playground, big comfy couch for relaxing, spacious rooms upstairs and air mattress downstairs. The artwork upstairs threw us for a loop but that's okay. "

"We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful outdoors area. The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed such as laundry facilities and detergent, cookware, utensils, coffee, tea, sugar and so much more. We felt very at home in this house. The dining room was beautiful with the long table and many windows overlooking the back yard. It was perfect for a small dinner gathering. Parking was great and the area felt safe and was quiet. I will most likely book again for next year."
