「 Vi hadde et fint opphold. Maten var veldig lik hver dag, men bra utvalg. Det som trekker oppholdet veldig ned var at vi måtte betale 67 euro for å vaske 12 klesplagg på hotellet. Det lå en liste på rommet som vi skulle krysse av på, men den var ikke lett å forstå og de som vasket rommet snakket bare spansk! Det er helt utrolig at de tar så mye for å vaske klær! Det burde spesifiseres mer da det står at man har mulighet for å vaske klær på hotellet! 」

「Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「We used it for 1 night only. Great breakfast , great location. Rooms are tired and need modernising. Shower over the bath is very old fashioned. Huge balcony, not permitted to smoke , i know thats a personal issue but we dont have this at other properties the the area , and you could smoke on the terrace but the outdoor bar. No smoking around the pool either. We prefer to self cater rather than being bound to a hotel. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beautiful Maspalomas Dunes. From our room we had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, the green palm trees, the sweeping sand dunes and the sea in the distance. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. All the staff were lovely and polite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The RIU Party on Friday was definitely the highlight—so much fun and absolutely not to...
