「The front office staff were friendly. The cleaning staff seemed bothered when we kindly asked that towels be placed in our room. It was my husband and I staying, so we did not require the room be cleaned daily. She only left one large bath towel. We had also requested more body wash and it was not refilled. The air conditioner in our room was loud, like lawnmower loud. The mattress was uncomfortable. Thin, we were side sleepers and our hip bones ached and I woke up several times a night to turn...
