San Blas hotels in Cuenca

"La habitación cómoda, pero no tenia refrigerador. El internet en el 3 piso que estábamos nunca funcionó., iba y venia o simplemente se conectaba pero indicaba que no tenia conección a internet. Problemas con la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación, todos los dias se desconfiguraba y no funcionaba para entrar a la habitación. El desayuno estubo bien, pero se demoran en reponer lo que se va consumiendo."

"We had a great experience! The hotel was perfect fornour needs. And Pablo made sure we had everything we needed. He organized our trasportation and answered all our questions. My only feedback would be to improve the sonorization in the rooms adjacent to the commom areas. In some instances, we had other guests having loud phone conversations while we were trying to nap. Other rooms do not have this issue, but I do think it would be worthwhile improving. "

Everyone is so sweet and attentive, and the breakfasts are gourmet. Wilmer is an amazing chef and manager. They go the extra mile to ensure guests have all they need to have a great stay in Cuenca. Great location too."

"Great location near many tourist attractions, and the room was beautiful with nice décor and lighting. Very friendly staff aswell. The only downside was the laundry service. I was told in advance on Whatsapp and again at the front desk that it could be done, and even after I let the front-desk person know (twice) it never was done. It would have been helpful to know upfront, especially since there were nearby options. Overall, a good stay, just a lack of a follow through with certain services they "offer.""

"Excellent multi night solo stay in their classic room. The staff encounters were all very friendly, starting with arriving around midnight by bus and being able to buzz reception and get checked in, morning breakfasts and key drops throughout the day, then assistance with referring a tour operator for day trips. Decor is very clean and cozy and location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of major downtown sites, museums, eateries, and only a $2 ride to/from the bus terminal terreste. Reliable WiFi, spacious shared lounge areas, all and all a very enjoyable stay and base to explore Cuenca."
