“房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意”

“I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the vineyard and Tuscan hills. The food at both venues were delicious , fresh and presentation was on point!
The last night we reserved the vineyard dinner. This was so special to us. Our children loved the activities, pool and the playground. What a……

“The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here.
However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

“Too notch in every regard. I’ve only ever stayed in one place as good as this and paid 3x the price.
Staff went above and beyond. Food was superb. Wine tour and tasting were both excellent. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfy and everything about the hotel Is luxurious. The castle and surrounding area ilare exquisite. You just can’t go wrong here. Would recommend a 2 night minimum to benefit from all this place has to offer. ”

“What a beautiful find. Relaxing and inviting. An amazing restaurant attached with a cook that either has or soon will have a Michelin Star. The hotel is perfectly located outside of Florence. Away enough and close enough. Once you are there no need to go anywhere unless you want to. They offer an intimate spa, meaning you rent the entire wellness area with Finish Sauna and jacuzzi for your party. Nobody else will be there with you. Very relaxing. The hotel is adults only so no kids around.
