We actually booked here last minute, I read some not so nice comments but the air conditioner Works fantastic you just have to set it we kept hours on 23 I believe and it was very cool we were there from May 1st to May 10th and it was very hot on some days and we were totally comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, breakfast was great the regular eggs and they had bacon they had fruit coffee machine was great we got cappuccinos every morning they have rolls they had a toaster it was pretty good the place is what you make it and it's right near the train station to supermarkets, it was actually a great stay and we would stay there again.

Super clean room, modern, good shower and bed, nice and quiet, 10 minutes from the train station, breakfast was done in time slots and was ok maybe could have had more selection, staff were friendly, my only bugbear was the WiFi was really slow and i ended up using my hot-spot instead

Overall, we were happy with the stay. Few additions could have made difference but for short stay no complaints. Although the breakfast is free and placed at the top which was the best. However, it is small and can be too crowded.

Breakfast was ok but we found it difficult to get healthy food. There seemed to be a finite amount of fruit and yogurt (managed to get a yogurt one morning out of four). That said we opted for 8 am breakfast and might have had more luck earlier. Hotel was well located and felt really secure. I would stay there again.

Room was clean and the ac worked well. Large opening window to the street was nice. Great location to the train station and main attractions. Breakfast was poor. Very few items. Poor quality items and kept running out. Beautiful breakfast area - could easily be the best part of stay with a little effort.

The only positive thing about this hotel was location and AC (that we didn't use much, since it wasn't too hot but it worked) Condition is worse than bad; outlet in the bathrooms loose, mold, no shower gel and shampoo, no hand towels, broken closet's door. Don't count on breakfast: disgusting coffe (it should be a crime in Italy), not enough seats; microwaved bacon. My daughter wanted a tee and she was told to boil the water in the microwave. Hostel standard (no offense to any hostel) I looked for the hotel with s breakfast to safe some time in the morning. We had a bad experience from traveling around Japan-it was hard to find a place to eat in the morning. Italy is different-you can get a good breakfast and coffee everywhere. Lesson learned.

It's clearly a block of flats that has been converted to a hotel. My room was a bit cramped but for a few nights, I could live with it. There is a slight smell which in high summer is likely to be prominent. If you don't expect a 5 star experience, then it's OK. My room was clean, the staff friendly enough and walking distance to all the major sights. If I was back in Florence, would I stay there again, probably not, but I've no real complaints. Just don't expect too much and you'll be fine.

The room was okay. For the price can’t ask for better. Everything work fine, fully equipped, and breakfast included with very good choices of items and coffees.
