Petit déjeuner très peu varié. Seulement croissant ou céréales, des œufs brouillés séchés dans le fond du plat. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé tel que mentionné dans l’annonce. On entendait les cuillères frotter dans le fond des bols des céréales de notre lit. Les matelas sont vieux avec la forme qui creuse au milieu. La chambre familial est fourni avec un lit queen et un lit plus petit qu’un double. On a toujours l’impression de déranger le personnel à la réception mais le personnel des étages sont super gentil.

Room was extremely small. Didn’t even have a tea maker. Was like sleeping in a closet with 3 people. Breakfast was not good. No gluten free options. Undercooked bacon. You can also hear other guests above and beside you. Front desk service was also not great.

We were able to check-in early. It is walkable from Santa Maria Novella train station and so are the points of interest. When we arrived, the electric metal blinds was not working. Letitia gave us a sheet to temporarily give us privacy. When we came back from our tour the next day, it was already fixed. Great place to stay. Worth the money we paid for. Santa Maria Novella Basilica is close by. Worth visiting. Well recommended.

The hotel was perfect! Close to the train station, restaurants, transport, many sights to visit, among others. The room was quiet, the beds were perfect, bathroom in good conditions and the breakfast is great with many options. The staff is very friendly and they help with everything

The bathroom had a horrendous smell that made it barely usable. In property's defense, I don't think it was necessarily uncleanliness but old plumbing that is creating this odor. The bathroom had no ventiliation system; no windows nor an electrical fan system. Room had a single towel (it was a booking for one, as a reference), which came pre-stained and looking rather thin with too many washes. The door to our room wouldn’t open. He promised to get it fixed right away. We could barely get our suitcases and didn’t get done. Frame of the closet door was broken. We couldn’t even open it and I took a bunch of pictures. I spoke to them about it. He was gonna get fixed. They didn’t do it. I asked to be moved to another room. They told me to pack my bags this was on day too, and they would move my items. To another room. When I got back at the end of the day, nobody knew what was going on and the status very rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable as if it was our fault the room we were in should’ve never been booked because everything was falling apart and bathroom smell like a sewer shower door was broken. We took a shower all the water with pee all over the place. Made us stay very uncomfortable. The cleaning crew is excellent the receptionist they were very rude.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und die Altstadt ist gleich um die Ecke. Vom Frühstücksraum hat man Blick auf den Dom von Florenz. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Im Bad hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen, was teilweise kaum auszuhalten war.

We booked a stay, tried to confirm a late checkin contacting the hoyel from expedia since two weeks before arrival, they never replied to messages or calls, we called the phone number they provided and we didnt get a replied after many attenptsx we looked them up on google and found an email, they never replied to that so we decided to book another hotel amd tried to get a reimburse, even expedia personnel confirmed that it was hard to contact the hotel and they tried to get the reimburse without success. Stay away from this hotel and look for better options they get a negative in cistomer service from even the simplest things like initial contact

Hotel location is excellent. Near Firenze SMN station and all tourists attraction can be reached by walking. Small room size, no fridge/kettle in the room. Bed is comfortable but pillows are flat. Good breakfast.

I was traveling alone so I didn't need much, and this was very convenient and easy. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only complaint might be that the room had an odor that did not clear up the whole time I was there. I think this might be due to being in a very old building with old plumbing. I would definitely stay there again.
