Room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Staff were professional and polite … this includes those in reception, those who clean the rooms and especially the people who were running the breakfast area. Also really liked the location of this hotel … in easy walking distance of the station, the central market and the main retail area.

Clean room and bathroom and confortable bed and pillows, perfect to be happy after a busy and wonderful day! The location is very convenient and safe, with too many restaurants around. No AC but if is cold outside you will be fine :)

The bed sheets had a yellow stain. Spent 4 nights and towels or bed sheets were not changed. There’s an awful smell from the bathroom and hallway. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and location was great.

Super clean room, modern, good shower and bed, nice and quiet, 10 minutes from the train station, breakfast was done in time slots and was ok maybe could have had more selection, staff were friendly, my only bugbear was the WiFi was really slow and i ended up using my hot-spot instead

Nice to have a safe and refrigerator. Breakfast had a nice choice but the room was small and you had to sign up for a time. Shower was so tiny that you couldn’t bend over and had no light. Bed had no blanket- just a sheet.

Breakfast was ok but we found it difficult to get healthy food. There seemed to be a finite amount of fruit and yogurt (managed to get a yogurt one morning out of four). That said we opted for 8 am breakfast and might have had more luck earlier. Hotel was well located and felt really secure. I would stay there again.

Overall, we were happy with the stay. Few additions could have made difference but for short stay no complaints. Although the breakfast is free and placed at the top which was the best. However, it is small and can be too crowded.
