The room was fine and the staff were super helpful with dining suggestions, getting around, and answering any questions. However Expedia’s information is not accurate - there is no breakfast on site or offered, no courtyard, and just a small sitting area shared with the registration desk.

What a great find. The single room was small but comfy. The shower in room 5 was small, but I am small so worked for me. Room 11 had a slightly larger shower. The manager, Dario, was absolutely amazing. He gave us all the restaurant recommendations we needed and was extremely helpful. It is very close to everything. When in Florence again, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

A great location 5 minutes from the Cathedral. The side road can give the appearance it’s a bit run down but don’t let this put you off. The area is very safe, easy to access and the guest house is beautiful inside. Really spacious rooms and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Made a coffee in the morning, offered spare water, help with bookings etc. A lovely space we would definitely stay here again.

Really nice small boutique hotel. Only 10 mins walk to Duomo. Well maintained and good ac. Really helpful staff who will give you a plenty of tips where to go and eat. Would come back. Also easy access from the airport with a tram.

My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel itself was walking distance to all the big attractions. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay and even helped schedule a taxi to take me to the airport making the trip so easy. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are very cozy and truly make you feel immersed in an authentic Tuscan experience. I would give them a 10 out of 10 in every aspect. On top of that, the location is absolutely perfect.
