「房間私密性不好」

「酒店就在港口，步行2分钟就到了，房间里有有微波炉，阳台有晾衣架 很不错 可以洗衣服 有热水，有电脑可以说上网 在公共区域。」

「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,...

「Excelente opción para hospedarse. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.」

「Nice room with friendly staff and great AC. The breakfast was good as well. In our room, the light was blue for some reason which was pretty inconvenient, it made it hard to see clearly at times? I’m not sure what that was all about. We never asked. Very convenient location for the pier, the beach and walking trail nearby, and dining options. We didn’t need it but they rent out snorkels and bikes at reasonable prices as well.」

「The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

「The outside of the hotel has an eclectic feel with the tropical florals and outer wall cut outs. The room is spacious and basic, with outer balconies including hammocks . Relax beach vibes and close enough to walk to the shoreline where the crabs and sea lions roam in abundance. Service was quick and complimentary breakfast was good.」

「El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, sus instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas, la puerta principal cierra a las 10:00pm, y deben darte una llave para esa puerta y otra para tu habitación. A nosotros nunca nos la dieron, así que, te apurabas para llegar o tenías que llamar por teléfono al encargado para que te abriera. Algo importante de señalar, como turista, no siempre cuentas con un celular para hacer llamadas locales, NO SE LES OLVIDE. No estaba segura si mi reservación incluía desayuno...

「El lugar muy bonito, atención muy buena, la habitación limpia pero no contaba con agua caliente. El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app).」
