Beautiful Home with Pool 1.2 miles to Beach. Great location!

The home is located in North Pacific Beach, just south of La Jolla on a nice quiet cul-de-sac. The yard has a pool, a large spa, a nice relaxing outdoor living area with a BBQ, a firepit with lounge sofas, and a large family table. The home is 1.2 miles to Tourmaline St. beach, and 4 miles to SeaWorld & the world-famous beach of La Jolla Shores. The home is a 4 bedroom and 4 bath house. The home is 15 minutes to Gaslamp, Airport, Downtown, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park and world-famous beach of La Jolla. A Peloton bike and workout equipment are available. The home is steps away from the famous Kate Sessions Park. The home has a quiet hour’s policy of 10pm-8am. No additional guests, visitors, or events are allowed. Book your vacation today!

Rental for the entire home and you will not be sharing it with anyone.

If you would like the pool heated, we request a 48-hour prior notice for heating. The pool can be heated to 80 degrees at an additional cost.

Pets/animals are not allowed due to an allergy of the homeowner. If you want to travel with an animal/family pet, please consider another property/family pet.

There are exterior security cameras in operation for the safety and protection of both guests and the property.

The office and second-floor primary bedroom closets will be locked.

This home is not a party house, if you are not able to respect the quiet hours of (10pm-8am) this may not be the property to book for your stay. There is strict enforcement on noise after 10pm. Your booking may be canceled if you are found in violation.

Minimum booking age is 25+. The home requires at least a 2-day advance notice to book.

Self-check-in with a touch keypad on the front door. Please read the details and rules about the house. In booking, you agree to abide by the house rules.

Guests will not have access to the mailbox.

Guests can contact me anytime, but I give my guests space on their visit. I message guests an hour before check-in with check-in instructions.

Pool Cleaning takes place on Thursday or Friday mornings.
Landscaping takes place on Monday morning.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is at 11:00am. • This cannot be extended due to the cleaning schedule. • $200 late checkout charge. Turn off the air conditioning/heater before checkout. Turn off all lights.
Clean all dirty dishes and put them away. Wash all dirty pots and non-dish washable items. Leave all the dirty towels in the laundry room. Take out all the trash when you check out.
Trash cans are located on the side of the house by the garage. Black is trash, blue is recycling. Use trash bags and break down all cardboard boxes. We hope you have a wonderful stay at our home!

  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. Even bigger and more beautiful in person. We were in the pool and hot tub every day, and regularly walked into town to get coffees. Couldn’t believe there was a beach with parking and great surf within 1.5 miles. Hosts were super responsive and welcoming, would definitely stay here again!

Excellent host. Property was ideal for our family visit (2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 children). Pool, jacuzzi and backyard layout are a vacation dream. The property is well situated for visits to San Diego attractions -- and you return to a quiet, resort-like property. We canceled one day of park visits to enjoy the pool, BBQ and splendid home amenities. Again, Alissa was a wonderful and gracious host. I highly recommend this exceptional home.

This spacious, beautiful home is in a very upscale area of northern San Diego. We enjoyed the pool and the multitude of games and the workout room in the garage throughout our entire stay. It doesn’t get any better than this. Additionally, the owner, Melissa, is very helpful throughout the process.

We had a great time staying here on our girls trip! Alissa was a very prompt communicator and the property was exactly as it was shown on VRBO. We had everything we needed, the back patio and pool area was great, and the kitchen had any appliances or utensils we would need! It was easy to get to other places in SD from here as well. I would recommend!

Great week with family

House was very well suited for multiple families and little ones. Well equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub was great. Near nice playground. Well located for the places we wanted to go.

Memorial Day Weekend family getaway

Just what we were looking for

Beautiful property, lots of living space, bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The property manager made us feel welcome with extra welcome gifts. We enjoyed using the hot tub every day. Access to San Diego sights and the beach was excellent. I told the property manager about one mattress sagging and she told me she would see that it was replaced. All in all, a great stay.

Awesome North Pacific Beach Home

Beautiful 4-bdrm home with pool and jacuzzi and so much more. Allisa was so accomodating and made our stay 10-star. Kitchen is completely stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. Full gym in the garage for those that want to workout including a Peloton bike. Lots of frig and freezer space. Great bbque and gas fire but plus outside games. Convenient to shopping and restaurants in north PB. 5 minutes to nearest grocery and Trader Joe’s. Our family group loved it. All the baby/toddler equipment you will need.House was super clean upon arrival. We loved this house; rent with confidence you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing House and Host

Our family spent a wonderful week in San Diego and could not have picked a better place to stay. The host was communicative with the check-in details and was responsive with any questions that came up. Beyond that, she was a gracious and generous host that made our overall trip much better. The house was spacious, bright, and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot/pan, appliance, etc., we needed to cook any meal. The backyard is perfect to relax in with plenty of area and an amazing pool/spa that kept our kids entertained for hours. There even is a place to workout in the garage with several different types of exercise machines and weights. The master suite is huge, it takes up the entire second floor. The location was perfect for us. A quiet neighborhood that was 10min to almost anything in San Diego. We had a great time walking to Kate Sessions Park to enjoy the view and fireworks at Seaward. The beach is a short drive (5 minutes or so) with a great selection of restaurant options. We would highly recommend this house/host!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house exceeded our expectations. My son, daughter-in-law and 2 and 4 year olds took the joining bedrooms. My daughter took a private bedroom/bathroom, and I luxuriated in the master bedroom.The house is close to the beaches, attractions and airport. There are many restaurants within 2 miles.We enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect family house! It’s in a quiet neighborhood in Pacific Beach, close to everything but far enough away that you can escape the crowds and really relax! The house had everything we needed - towels, snacks, beach toys, games and a great outdoor patio, pool & hot tub! Our toddler grandson absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for everyone, and they may have every kitchen appliance there is! Alissa is fabulous! So responsive and gracious! Would highly recommend this home if you’re planning a trip to La Jolla/Pacific Beach!

Beautiful home in Pacific Beach. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this one by far had the most amenities and a robust fully stocked kitchen! We made family meals and couldn’t ask for a better kitchen, pot pans, spices, plates, cookware, etc. our favorite part of the house was the backyard with an awesome pool and an awesome hot tub and a fire pit at night when I got down into the 50s and 60s. The home is perfectly located between Pacific Beach, La Jolla, and really close to Kate sessions Park.Alissa was readily available and communicated before the and during the trip. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. I would definitely recommend this home and Alissa as a host in the future!
