Beautiful luxurious former condo of NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback
Absolutely Amazing Three bedroom and Two bath private gated beach condo with breathtaking views of Mission Beach Channel and Ocean Beach located at the southern-most tip of mission beach. This beautiful vacation home has the largest patio in all of Mission Beach that has convenient access to San Diego’s famous Mission Beach boardwalk that is a biker/runner/walker paradise. Only steps away are the longest flattest sandy beach in the State of California, this home is perfectly located with plenty beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. Fun activities, such as volleyball, basketball, surfing, boogie boarding, are located directly outside the door on the beach. The Home is a great space for a max of 6 adults and 2 children. Any guest over 6 will be $200 per person fee. Please send a request if you have more than 6 adults or it will be denied. Thank you! There will never be any rentals less than 2 nights allowed.
The large open family style kitchen connects to the family room that also has views of breathtaking sunsets. The spacious family room entails wrap around sliding glass doors to fully appreciate the ocean breeze. Amazing indoor/outdoor living with a beautiful private patio that can accommodate large parties. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a walkout balcony to view the beautiful sunsets and a large 2 person soaking bathtub to relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views as well. This condo is really the most comfortable spot to spend your beach vacation. Parking is sometimes an issue at the beach but not here! Two private gated parking spots with plenty of public on-street parking are readily available.
You can’t miss Belmont Amusement Park, located in the heart of Mission Beach. Besides the iconic roller coaster, there are many other rides and games perfect for a day of fun. You can also find various different restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy.
You can easily rent fun ways of getting around like bikes and scooters. Or if you’re into getting into the water, you’re in luck! You can take the family for a whale watching tour, deep sea fishing trip or some sailing. Not only do you have access to the beach, but the beautiful Mission Bay also only steps to the east. The little ones can play safely in the calm bay waters. Whether you’re at the bay or beach you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and many other items for a fun day out in the sun.
If you’re interested in exploring San Diego a little more in depth, you can check out San Diego’s downtown where the Gaslamp quarter which thrives tons of nightlife. Exciting baseball games played at San Diego’s Padres Petco Park is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. There is some of the most amazing Mexican food, entertainment, and shopping located in Old Town San Diego. Fashion Valley Mall is right down the road for a shopping trip to go beyond all of your wild shopping imaginations as it includes over 100 of the top fashion stores. You can check out Sea Port Village for a fun lunch and take a tour of the USS Midway ship all situated 15-20 min away from the condo. We are lucky to be almost next door to Sea World and it’s a must see with its new rides and its location is within 2 min of the home.
