Absolutely perfect. Everything you need, cute place, hot tub was perfect and apartment is centrally located. Plenty of places to walk to with ease. Nice to have garage access to park. Highly recommend!

Great location and space!

My husband and I stayed for a week to visit our first grandchild. The location is close to everything you need in PB and a short ride to La Jolla, which I always like to visit. The space was perfect for the two of us and we used the seating area outside every morning to have our coffee, which by the way there are plenty of good coffee shops (like Java Earth) close by. Of course, the is a coffee machine and coffee provided, but we liked walking to get our coffee every morning.The space is clean and gives you everything you need. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice Condo

The condo was cozy just enough space for our small family of four. The private jacuzzi was a great time at the end of the day. Lots of local spots to eat or grab a drink and the beach was walking distance which was also nice.

We loved our stay!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the patio and hot tub! The location was also great - a short walk the the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Home was as described. No surprises. Description is accurate. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub worked well. Garage is a little small if you have a larger vehicle to park but street parking is not a problem.

A real Gem

My wife and I stayed here for s couple weeks this winter. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood north of the main action in Pacific Beach. But there were also several great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, but perfect for two people. Kim was very responsive when we had a glitch and it was cleared up quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a quiet surf vacation

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the location. The neighborhood itself is quiet, but offers great access to the beach as well as being an easy walk to Birdrock (coffee and wayfarer bread), and everything in PB. If you have bikes its a perfect ride to La Jolla or Mission Beach. While the place itself was as described, we did have trouble checking in, and there was some animal fur on pillows and blankets in the space.

Convenient, quiet and overall nice to stay.

Gem is a quite fitting name!

Location, vibe, & private hot tub! This place was just what we needed for our two week vacation in San Diego. A short walk from Tourmaline Surf Park & convenient to everything!

Exactly what I was looking for!

Perfect location for a morning coffee and beach stroll. Less than 10 min. walk to Tourmaline surf park and plenty of unique coffee & food options along the way. Super easy to get to/from the airport and the highway. We did leave SD a few times so having the garage parking made leaving easy and stress free. The place itself is cute and quaint and had the basics which was good enough for us. The private patio area and hot tub is an awesome feature, definitely wish we had more time to enjoy that space. Overall I’d absolutely stay here again, the host was helpful and easy to contact.

San Diego Get Away

Clean and comfortable. We were surprised to learn that there was no central air in this unit. However, once we got a little more acclimated to the climate, the space was comfortable with all of the fans provided.

Perfect spot for our little family

This place worked great for us with our 1.5 year old, while exploring San Diego. Plenty of walkable restaurants, surf beach to walk to in the mornings, sand beaches to hang at all day only one mile away. The spot was clean and had a comfy couch and the hot tub was a nice addition that we didn’t expect to use much, but with the cold weather that came in, was much appreciated!

Cozy spot in north PB

Great location in north PB. Walking distance to plenty of eateries and the beach. Nice outdoor space, and the hot tub is nice on a cool night. Would stay again.
