Good stay
The house was very good condition and clean. Bed and furnishings we're comfortable. Kitchen was open with prep space. The stove burner electric igniter did not work so there are short matches to ignite but long neck matches or a barbecue grill type lighter are needed.
We did have an ant problem in the kitchen and a message to property management was quickly responded to with an exterminator arriving. Problem solved.
Outdoor furnishings need to be updated. The roof is nice but there's no seating there and one plastic stackable chair we could bring up. A small bistro type table and a couple heavy chairs would be welcomed.
The property management needs to leave additional garbage can liners. We were staying for a week and one small garbage can was not going to last. We asked for more and some were left on the porch but it would be preemptive to have the liners in a drawer to pull when needed.
We booked through VRBO and the advertised per night rate was good but the other fees added are excessive. Beware and read thoroughly what you're paying for because the per night rate VRBO pushes is deceptive.
