“Overall, I had an okay stay at Rosarito Beach Hotel. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops, which made it easy to explore the area without driving. The check in and out process was quick and easy. I had very little interaction with the staff during my stay, but everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, and the pools were well maintained and in good condition. “Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good……

“Been here a couple times and kids love that it is beach front and the large pool. Room very spacious but there was a leak in the toilet/tub. Floor was very wet anytime water would turn on.”

“Front desk are rude , the lady refilling the coffee in the front office was friendly.I made this reservations for this hotel because it said it had jacuzzi, upon my arrival the front desk said it was available for a $40 charge extra, I had breakfast on the restaurant onsite food was good, waitresses are NOT friendly at all. Room was decent it had an old musty smell, No AC unit in the room, No telephone in the room incase you need to reach front desk you must exit your room. The neighbors were……

“I like that the room was remodeled and it was very convenient. Only thing that I noticed is that it need a chair. And one of the plugs was not working. Over all I was happy with my stayed.”

“Very nice resort. Pool area was disappointing. No staff. Bar waiter came a few times and then left. No bathroom by the pool. Our room was not close to the pool so we had to walk down the road and through the lobby to use bathroom in a towel and bathing suits. All of the buildings that being built, I could not believe they forgot a restroom near the pool area while serving lots of drinks!”
